Next to the refrigerator is the “Men’s Closet”. This is a custom-made bar for strong drinks with lighting. Entirely in glass – matte black glass on the outside. The bar counter made of natural veneer and leather bar stools will give you unforgettable evenings with a strong glass. The central round table for lunch or dinner from the leading Italian factory Desalto for 5-7 persons with a designer chandelier from Vibia and a huge mirror next to it creates the effect of even more space. The technological pearl of the kitchen area is the “Air Curtain”. This is a unique system of cutting off the air in the cooking area from the other, that is, during the cooking process, foreign odors do not get into the living room. The blue functional cabinet is very skillfully integrated into the interior, and also performs many functions. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Olympic stadium and the forest park area. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything for life. Suitable dishes and all accessories were selected for this apartment by the designer together with the owner.
The house is equipped with an individual gas boiler for heating. The apartment is on the 10th floor, hot and cold water is always available (power outages do not affect this). There is also a generator in the house, thanks to which the elevators, water supply and heating work autonomous in winter.
For an additional cost there is a large full-size parking space (15 sq.m) in a closed, warm, fully insulated parking lot in the house. Access to the elevator from your floor. There is also a closed-type guest parking in the courtyard of the house for guests.
