Minimalistic, bright, functional apartment with a circular layout for long-term living. The apartment is designed for one person or a couple without children. Located in the residential complex Podol Grad.

kitchen-living room of 23.2 m2 with a built-in kitchen, a workplace, a guest bed and a sliding partition;
a bedroom with a double bed 2*1.6 m and a spacious wardrobe;
dressing room, shower and toilet with additional storage spaces,
spacious open balcony.

heated floor, air conditioner, hygienic shower, washing machine, boiler;
built-in refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven; gas cooking surface, hood;
A Wi-Fi router, a place for installing a projector and a wall for projecting an image with a width of up to 2.3 m are provided.
The workplace is not equipped with a work chair.
Also, media equipment and connection to the media provider are not provided, the Hirer concludes a contract directly with the provider at his own discretion.
The apartment has wiring for connecting the Internet and a router. For media equipment, there is a cabinet opposite the sofa (with the possibility to hide all the cables inside) and a bracket for the projector above the sofa. There is also HDMI wiring from the pedestal for media equipment to the bracket. There is a wiring for TV.
The rental price is fixed in $ or €. The first installment is three rents: for the first and last month, as well as a security deposit in the amount of rent for the month.
Settlements are carried out cashless in hryvnias at the official rate of the NBU on the settlement date.
Bargaining is not appropriate.
Utility services equipped with meters (gas, cold water, hot water, heating, electricity) – at the expense of the tenant, depending on consumption. But there is no need to deal with accounts and service providers, the owner does it himself. Roughly, they can be $20-$50 in summer and winter (figures are based on previous stay).
Living with animals is possible if the resident takes responsibility for the related possible changes or damage to the apartment and property in it, and undertakes to eliminate them at his own expense until the apartment is returned to the landlord.
