The owner entrusted the design and implementation of the project to the renowned design studio YODEZEEN. Her work amazes with its approach to detail and the formation of a general concept, which can be seen in all elements of the renovation, from the choice of materials to the composition of each space. This made it possible to simultaneously create coziness and warmth in the elements of the Scandinavian style and freedom traced in planning solutions.
When creating the apartments, one of the main emphasis was definitely on quality. This can be seen in the choice of materials and techniques.

In order to organize personal comfort, the following work was done

– Terrace ~25 sq m, glazing has been completely replaced, terrace boards have been laid (thermal ash).
